Posting to the CWAM Job Board
Would you like to post a job opening to the CWAM website? Submit your job description to CWAM Submission Form.
Starting in January 2026, posting positions to the job board will remain free for organizations with active institutional or corporate memberships. For organizations that are not institutional members, there will be a $10 fee per posting. This change will expand institutional membership benefits without further raising the cost of membership, while access to view positions on the job board will remain free to all.
The CWAM board realizes the museum world is full of unique situations, so if this change presents a hardship for your organization, please contact us through the CWAM communications portal.
Job Board Guidelines
-Job postings will remain up for 45 days or until the deadline provided by the institution.
-CWAM requires any jobs posted to the job board include salary or hourly wage range. Internships must state if they are paid or unpaid.
-Institutions can submit job postings with future posting dates.
-Institutions can expect job postings within 9 business days from submission with an active institutional membership.
– If the institution purchased or renewed a membership less than 30 days before posting a position, please indicate on the form that they are a new member. Please note- there may be longer turnaround times in posting to verify membership and payments.
-Institutional memberships that have lapsed will receive an email that their membership has lapsed and a link for renewal.
-Institutions that do not have a membership will receive an email with information about membership and a link to pay the $10 fee. The payment link is also available below for your convenience.

Non-Member Payment
Non-Members can pay the $10 fee through the CWAM PayPal platform or through the link in the email.
