Organizing, renaming, and cleaning up image files can be an excellent way to take advantage of the remote work that many of us will be doing (at least part-time) for the future. This presentation will share insights from an ongoing document digitization project regarding file renaming, file organization, and image post-processing. Examples from the project will center on images of archival documents but can be applied to of all kinds of images. We will focus on techniques using the Adobe suite. Participants will also learn of free alternatives to Adobe as well as external resources and guidelines.
