Want to go above and beyond for local museums and our professional community? Donate a product or service to the annual CWAM Silent Auction! 100% of the auction funds raised support the Annual Meeting Scholarship, which helps reduce barriers to attending the conference for museum professionals at all stages of their careers and experience. Last year, ten individuals received full-paid registrations and travel funds. This year, we hope to double that in honor of Colorado’s Sesquisemiquincentennial milestone. Cost: $300

Includes:

Vendor table with two chairs
One ticket to all conference sessions, workshops, and mingles
One CWAM Welcome Reception beverage ticket
One ticket to the CWAM Progressive Dinner (Thursday night)
One ticket to the CWAM Banquet at the Golden Hotel (Friday night)
Meal ticket for an additional vendor staff member is available for separate purchase

Welcome Reception

Cost: $200 a piece (2 sponsorship spots available)

Sponsor our Welcome Reception at the Colorado Railroad Museum on Wednesday, April 15th! Have your name on everyone’s lips as they reunite with old friends and make new ones.

Progressive Dinner

Cost: $500 a piece (three sponsorship spots available- one per stop)

While attendees mingle with cocktails and dinner bites, remind them what you do for the museum world. The Progressive Dinner will cover three museums, so there are three unique opportunities for sponsorship.
