2029 Annual Meeting
Colorado-Wyoming Association of Museums invites interested sites in Colorado and Wyoming to apply to host the 2029 Annual Meeting! Application and deadlines coming soon.
Is your site a good fit? Consider these questions!
- What sort of cultural or municipal organizations near your site are willing to participate in planning and implementing local arrangements for the annual meeting?
- What sort of meeting spaces are available in or near your site?
- What sort of accommodations (motels, hotels, etc.) are available near your site?
- What types of attractions are available near your site for off-site sessions, post-conference tours, and conference activities?
- Is your organization a CWAM Institutional Member or willing to become one?
The CWAM Annual Meeting generally attracts approximately 150 participants, but may attract up to 350 depending on the location. Although it is not necessary to conduct all meetings in a single location or house all participants in the same hotel, it is important to have adequate space for programming and lodging needs. For lodging, participants should not have to share rooms, unless they wish to do so.
