The CWAM Archives collects and preserves the permanently valuable records of the Organization in order to document its history. These records include business records, meeting minutes and agendas, membership lists, annual meeting programs, photographs taken at various events and annual meetings, and of course, our mascot Pinky’s vast assortment of costumes.
The archives are currently housed at the Jefferson County Archives in Golden, Colorado under the care of Ronda Frazier, CWAM’s Archivist/Historian and Jefferson County Archivist. All CWAM records are open to CWAM membership as well as public use. On site research is by appointment only. CWAM members and the public can call or email to make a request for records or schedule a research appointment. The Archivist can be reached at 303-271-8448 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
